Established in 1881, The Western Hotel emerged as a major destination in Downtown Guelph. Known for its fine imported spirits and cigars, it stood prominently on Macdonell Street, and was a downtown jewel in the late nineteenth century. Steeped in this tradition, Western Burgers & Steaks re-emerged in 2013 as a modern-day saloon, serving Craft Beer, Gourmet Burgers, Juicy Steaks, and most importantly, Good Times!
